Tearing Down Walls, Building Relationships

It seems that we are constantly being bombarded with the latest and greatest catch phrase - Building Relationships or Building Communities. Maybe this is to the point where all you hear is "Blah, Blah, Blah." I don't blame you. I seriously despise buzz words and phrases. So why would I be writing about this particular catch phrase. Good question. Now, here is the answer. It is because here at Jan Pro of New Mexico, we discovered that the simple act of tearing down a tiny wall lead to more joy and trust between the Support Staff and our franchisees. This tiny wall was designed originally to keep some people out and to keep others hidden from view. All that has changed. That small wall is gone and, in its place, is an invitation. An invitation to meet the Jan Pro of New Mexico Support Staff. To tell us your stories. To walk in like you own the place. Because technically my franchisees do. Without them, we would not exist. So, cliches aside, tearing down this wall does truly open Jan Pro of New Mexico to new relationships and to new experiences.
